Mindfulness For Daily Living

A weekly Drop-In Mindfulness Practice: Paused until Sept 18

A weekly Mindfulness drop-in session, conveniently located online for your ease and flexibility! Designed to support beginners & those with a wide range of experience.

The intention of this offering is to grow together through our practice of Mindfulness.  In my experience we can and do grow when we are working alone with our inner experience, but we can expand our growth and experience exponentially when we practice in a group.  We, as humans, grow in connection with one another.

Check out what Mindfulness meditation has to offer—Come as You Are.

Attending Kari Lyons Price’s weekly drop-in meditation sessions in Wenatchee has been a profound experience. Kari’s unique approach, allowing us to move our bodies during meditation, has opened up new dimensions of mindfulness for me. Her guidance is like a gentle compass navigating the depths of our consciousness, and she serves as a steadfast anchor in our community, creating a space where we can come together to find solace, reflection, and connection.
