Practice #1: Pandemic Reflection for Growth & Learning–A chance for you to pause and reflect on what the last 2 years have brought in terms of learning, understanding, truth, vision, and more.  Even in the face of continued anxiety, grief or conflict, you can use Mindfulness practices like these to enhance your ability to digest, learn and grow—through hardship to healing.


Practice #2: Mindful Check-In— A standing practice for everyday. This can easily be modified on your own to be shorter or longer.  We focus here on 3 areas of Self; physical, mental & emotional.
